Approved, certified, and reliably always up to date
Working with demanding and safety-relevant products requires high and above all reliable quality standards. This also applies to stainless steel, which is why we ensure that our INEX - solutions productions, products, and systems always comply with the applicable guidelines and that we always maintain the current certificates. This ensures not only our safety but also that of our customers.
A worldwide distribution requires numerous approvals
Since our customers are active on several continents, in various countries and industries, we have positioned ourselves broadly with the certifications. The production sites of INEX-solutions, Hubl, and Sommer & Strassburger are certified according to both national and international standards and meet the requirements for pressure equipment in numerous countries. This provides our customers with the advantage of being able to approve and operate INEX systems and products in almost all countries.
We maintain nationally and internationally recognized certificates for pressure equipment
All stainless steel pressure components of INEX - solutions are generally designed according to the requirements of the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and its well-known AD 2000 code. In addition, our components meet further international requirements such as the pressure vessel standard EN 13445 and the quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2.
Our Bretten site also holds significant certificates according to EN 1090-2 and is thus authorized to weld load-bearing components in plant construction.
In addition to the most important European certifications, we, as so-called "Stamp-Holders," also comply with the regulations of the ASME, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, with the INEX-solutions pressure components. The American ASME code for boilers and pressure vessels is recognized not only in the USA and Canada but in over 100 other countries worldwide. Therefore, we place great importance on this approval.
Furthermore, our components meet additional national requirements from countries where it is not sufficient to follow European or American regulations.
This concerns the Asian countries China, Korea, and Japan. Here, the requirements and regulations of the SELO (China Special Equipment Licensing Office), the KEA (Korea Energy Agency), and the JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) for pressure equipment are required and accordingly certified. Canada and the United Kingdom also mark and register according to their own requirements.
