The interest in our booth was high throughout the entire duration of the fair. Particularly restaurateurs, brewery enthusiasts, and operators of innovative gastronomy concepts showed great interest in the idea of brewing distinctive beer directly in their own establishment. Our discussions were characterized by specific questions about profitability, brewing processes, and individual recipes – a clear sign that this topic is gaining increasing importance in the industry.
