To strengthen our team in Vaihingen/Enz / Pforzheim, we are looking for a
HR Administrator (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.
Your area of responsibility:
- Recording and maintenance of working and absence times in the time recording system
- Preparation and review of the monthly payroll
- Processing of personnel data and maintenance of master data
- Creation of evaluations and statistics in the HR area
- Contact person for employees and managers on payroll-related questions
- General administrative activities in the HR area
Your profile requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in payroll and time tracking
- Good knowledge of labor law and social security law
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of a common payroll program (e.g. DATEV, SAP) is an advantage
- Independent and reliable working style
- Analytical thinking skills and affinity for numbers
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
