In our manufacturing and assembly, we use CNC machines, 3D milling machines, a 5-axis machining center, and plasma and orbital welding systems. We also handle pickling and e-polishing in-house. We continuously invest in expanding our machinery and capacities to meet the high national and international demand.

Special features in the field of precision sheet metal processing:

The size of the manufactured parts ranges from the millimeter range to systems in the format of 8 x 5 meters and complete three-dimensional machine enclosures.

All classic manufacturing processes are used when processing stainless steel sheets from 0.5 mm to 15 mm and sheet formats up to 3000 x 1500 mm.
A special focus is on surface processing, which meets the highest standards of the cleanroom and food industry.
If necessary, pressure and leak tests, tests according to the dye penetrant method, and surface roughness measurements according to Ra and Rz are also carried out here.
