RIBOFLAVIN TEST
Spraying the interior of a container with riboflavin (water-soluble vitamin with intense yellow-fluorescent color). After cleaning the container, it is then checked whether the cleaning step has led to the complete removal of the riboflavin solution.
DYE PENETRANT TESTING PT
Non-destructive testing method for detecting surface defects. Colored liquid penetrates irregularities. After penetration time and cleaning of the surface, a developer is used to check if any residues of the colored liquid remain.
DIGITAL X-RAY
X-ray of welds with images and videos up to ø600 mm according to DIN EN ISO 17636-2
