Complimentary FAT

You have the opportunity to conduct a complimentary FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at our company before delivery

Remote-FAT

FATs via video call using Microsoft Teams or similar programs with the support of a member of the QS Team S&S

Effective design
- 3D design from P&ID or flowchart
- Use of Autodesk Inventor CAD
- Provision of step files
- Further processing of customer designs
- Calculation of seismic loads
Professional Project Management
- Definition of binding milestones upon order placement
- Consideration of release windows
- Controlling and reporting of project progress
- Ensuring the agreed delivery date
Required tests and documentation

Specific tests:
- Material mix-up (XRF)
- X-ray
- Dye penetration test
- Pressure test possible on site
- Endoscopic inspection & documentation by VT inspectors (film or photo recordings possible)
- Production of pipes in selected materials such as Hastelloy, Duplex, etc.
- Production in accordance with the technical standard ASME B31.3
- Extensive approvals and certificates
- Organization of FAT or remote FAT
