Junior Controller (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
• Preparation and presentation of financial reports for management and other stakeholders
• Support in the implementation and monitoring of the annual budget and long-term financial plans
• Preparatory work in the context of monitoring cost centers and conducting variance analyses
• Maintenance of controlling master and structural data
• Preparation and provision of documents for internal and external audits
• Support in the preparation and analysis of contribution margin accounting
• Supportive activities such as preparing reports from functional controlling areas (HR, IT, Sales)
• Preparation and provision of documents for internal and external audits
• Creation, analysis, and presentation of contribution margin accounting & break-even analysis
• Evaluation and consulting on investment projects.

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable qualification
• Professional qualification as ACCA/CMA is an advantage
• Initial professional experience in finance and accounting is an advantage
• Initial experience in preparing financial reports and budgeting
• Good knowledge in the use of accounting software and ERP systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Power-BI, etc.) is an advantage
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• High self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Structured and efficient work with a high degree of accuracy
• High resilience and endurance, especially during intensive project or closing phases
