Team Leader Order Management (m/f/d)

Whether individual component or complete solution, we at Sommer & Strassburger GmbH specialize in the customized processing of stainless steel, mainly for the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. Our extensive range of services and products includes, among other things, plant construction, process containers, membrane housings, filter housings, heat exchangers, pipe outlets, and special fabrications.

•   Order processing in our ERP system through order creation/confirmation/scheduling and invoicing
•   Monitoring and control of production planning in our planning system Felios
•   Order control through capacity monitoring, coordination of customer/manufacturing orders including their schedule monitoring
•   Coordination of customer orders including communication with customers (regular and escalation)
•   Project-related support and contact person for our customers
•   Responsibility and tracking of selected projects (e.g., sales volume)
•   Interface function to all adjacent functions, especially work preparation, sales, logistics, purchasing, and production
•   Planning and capacity decision for the extended workbench
•   Data maintenance and cleanup in the ERP system for order data and structural data
•   Leading and supporting projects for order processing and process optimization.

•   Completed technical or commercially oriented training with additional qualification or degree
•   Several years of professional experience in order management in the metalworking industry 
•   Team leadership experience
•   English language skills (written and oral communication)
•   Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
•   Strong customer orientation with excellent communication/organizational skills
•   Good comprehension, resilience, and assertiveness
•   Strong quality awareness
•   Strong analytical skills for identifying improvement potentials and developing solution strategies.
