Team Leader Financial Accounting (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in Pforzheim, we are looking for a

Team Leader Financial Accounting (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your area of responsibility:

• Leading the finance and accounting team
• Monitoring financial key figures (KPIs) and developing recommendations for action.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS for all companies of the INEX Group
• Execution and assurance of proper accounting and annual financial statements for all companies of the INEX Group
• Execution and monitoring of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting for all companies of the INEX Group
• Management of liquidity planning and payment transactions for all companies of the INEX Group
• Development and implementation of risk management strategies to minimize financial risks

Your Profile Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, or a comparable qualification (e.g. certified accountant - IHK).
• Proven experience in financial closing and management
• Practical experience in accounting, including independent posting
• Structured and responsible work approach
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, and hands-on mentality
