Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility:
- Operational demand planning for defined product groups
- Determination of optimal order quantities and inventory planning
- Responsibility for on-time, cost-effective, and quality-compliant material procurement and disposition to ensure material availability
- Placing and tracking orders, delivery dates, and maintaining master data
- Close collaboration with the departments of order management, production, and quality assurance
Your profile requirements:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial/logistics clerk or technical training with additional commercial qualification
- Initial practical experience in operational purchasing in a manufacturing company
- Confident handling of common software programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word is expected
- Very good knowledge of German, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team player, resilient, committed, and loyal
