Quality Assurance Inspector (m/f/d)

Our extensive range of services and products includes, among other things, plant construction, process containers, membrane housings, filter housings, heat exchangers, pipe outlets, and special fabrications.

To strengthen our team in Bretten, we are looking for a

Quality Inspector (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Conducting visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on stainless steel components, welds, assemblies, finished systems, containers, and filter housings
• Inspection according to internal quality guidelines, customer requirements, standards (e.g., EN ISO 3834, AD 2000, ASME, SELO), and drawings
• Incoming goods inspection of raw materials, sheets, pipes, flanges, fittings, etc.
• Documentation of inspection results in inspection reports and ERP/QM systems
• Preparation of acceptance and inspection reports for internal purposes and for submission to customers or inspection authorities (e.g., TÜV)
• Close collaboration with production, work preparation, and project management on quality-related questions
• Participation in complaint handling and root cause analysis

Your profile requirements:

• Completed technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, machining mechanic, or similar)
• Experience in quality assurance or production is an advantage
• Confident handling of measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
• Knowledge in reading and understanding technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Sense of responsibility, accuracy, and a careful working method
